How to chant this mantra
This Hanuman mantra is used to remove phobias and nervousness. Start from Tuesday morning or any auspicious day. Offer sindoor, red cloth, laddo (sweets) and Rose flowers to Lord Hanuman in a temple before starting the pooja.
Light an incense & oil lamp in front of Lord Hanuman statue. Chant 5 mala of this mantra using Tulsi or laal chandan mala. Follow this for 14 days. On complition offer some food to Brahmins. After sadhana chant 108 times of this mantra when you need it most.
